Arrive 10-15 minutes before class time to sign-in and be welcomed and oriented to The Studio.
In order to ensure students have an exceptional class experience and that the teacher can stay focussed, please note that no entries are allowed 5 minutes after the start of class. We apologize in advance for not being able to make exceptions.
You can expedite your first visit by filling out a by pre-registering for class using our online scheduling system. Click 'SCHEDULE' at the top of this page.
Students are required to be a minimum of 15 years old. Students 15 and 16 years old must be accompanied in class by a parent/legal guardian who can attest to the physical capabilities and maturity of the student. 17 year olds can practice at The Studio without a parent in attendance, but all students under 18 must sign a Code of Conduct and the parent or guardian must sign a waiver.
We offer both heated and room temperature class options. Classes listed in Studio A (downtown) or Studio B (west) are heated. Room temperature classes take place in our Lakeside and Streetside studios (downtown) and in Studio C (west). See our schedule.)
Pre-registering for a class guarantees your spot in class until the start time of class. If you are late or do not show up, your spot will be forfeited to those who are on the waiting list.
If you’ve pre-registered and are unable to make it to class, we require you remove yourself from the roster online or call The Studio before class begins. If you fail to do so, your payment and/or class pass will be processed and your account will be flagged.
Wear light and comfortable clothing. You’ll be barefoot in the yoga classes, but many fitness classes require shoes.
Changing rooms, bathrooms and showers are available. (Showers are only available at our downtown location.)
Be well hydrated and come to practice on a light stomach. (We have Boxed Water, Kombucha and GoMacro bars for sale.)
Yoga mats are available for rent for $2/mat.
Hand towel rentals are $1.00. Shower towel rentals are $2.00.
Parking Downtown: Students should use street parking as well as the LOWER LEVEL parking lot of the Elks Club (Blount Street, down by the lake.) The only exception for the Elks lot is Friday night - no yoga parking that night. Students can also park in the public lot to the right of the building during weekends (all times) and Monday - Friday after 6pm. DO NOT PARK in the lot directly behind the building as those have been purchased by other tenants and non-permit vehicles will be ticketed and towed.
Parking West Location: Park anywhere in the lot.
Our downtown locations has both a lakeside entrance and a Willy St. entrance (we are at the opposite end of the building from Machinery Row Bicycles).
