Things To Know Before Your First class

Arrive 10-15 minutes before class time to sign-in and be welcomed and oriented to The Studio.

You can expedite your first visit by filling out a by pre-registering for class using our online scheduling system. Click 'SCHEDULE' at the top of this page.

Age requirements: 15 and older. (15 and 16 year olds must attend with a parent who can attest to the maturity and fitness level of the student.) Anyone under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent.

We offer both heated and room temperature class options. Classes listed in Studio A (downtown) or Studio B (west) are heated. Room temperature classes take place in our Lakeside and Streetside studios (downtown) and in Studio C (west). See our schedule.)

Pre-registering for a class guarantees your spot in class, should it fill up. If you are late or do not show up, your spot will be forfeited to those who are on the waiting list.

If you’ve pre-registered and are unable to make it to class, we require you remove yourself from the roster online or call The Studio before class beings. If you fail to do so, your payment and/or class pass will be processed and your account will be flagged.

Wear light and comfortable clothing. You’ll be barefoot in the yoga classes, but many fitness classes require shoes.

Changing rooms, bathrooms and showers are available. (Showers are only available at our downtown location.)

Be well hydrated and come to practice on a light stomach. (We have Boxed Water, Kombucha and GoMacro bars for sale.)

Yoga mats are available for rent for $2/mat.

Hand towel rentals are $1.00. Shower towel rentals are $2.00.

Parking: After 6pm and on weekends, students must use FREE public parking in the lot to the right of the building (turn into the driveway and take a right.) During business hours, park in the designated spots directly behind the building (read more about parking.)

Our downtown locations has both a lakeside entrance and a Willy St. entrance (we are at the opposite end of the building from Machinery Row Bicycles).
