How is your core strength?
Often times we think of our ability to do sit-ups, or the activating the deep layer of muscles during planks. But our core involves so much more than the activation of a couple of muscles. It is a dynamic pressurized system directly affected by our breath, and experienced at multiple levels in our body.
In this workshop, Autumn will guide you through self assessment of three keys areas of this pressure system — your respiratory diaphragm located at the base of your ribcage, your pelvic floor diaphragm at the base of your pelvis, and your thoracic or vocal diaphragm at your throat.
