The New Moon, the darkest night of the cycle, is a time to rest, reflect and plant metaphorical seeds.
The new moon pauses, neither waxing nor waning, encouraging us to do the same. Here, we simply feel, full of potential and ready to sprout. These special classes will utilize posture, stillness, breath and mantra to renew our relationship with Self and Source. By taking the time to rest deeply into the center of our creative impulse, we will leave feeling renewed and vital.
During this special 2-hour offering, Meg will share deep restorative practices that when woven with pranayama, meditation and chanting, facilitate deep states of connection to ourselves, one another and the very nature of who we are.
