Making the Difficult Doable with Meg

February 1 @ 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

$25 – $45

Making the Difficult Doable: shining light on frequently seen yet challenging postures.

Ever get the feeling that a vast and mountainous terrain stands between you and a challenging pose?

What if it was just a matter of having the right key to unlock that shape in your body?

In this 2 hour special workshop we will take a look at a handful of frequently seen, but definitely difficult, postures and learn some tips, tricks, and keys to unlock missing links in the connection to the shapes. The aim of this workshop is to build more fluency in our bodies as well as our minds so that we keep expanding what we can do, even when the doable becomes difficult. Expect the following poses to be broken-down workshop-style: Wild Thing, Urdhva Dhanurasana (wheel pose), Bakasana (crow pose), Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1, and more!

Meg is joining us from Vermont to lead two special events at The Studio. Sign up for New Moon Restore & Reconnect to make a weekend of it.
