Join a tribe of practitioners who show up to practice increased strength and vitality. Get your weekly workouts to get in before work. The sequences will be challenging and you will be held accountable. The Monday and Wednesday workouts will be self-led, with a fitness trainer there to help you navigate the sequence and provide safety instructions when needed. On Friday you will participate in a guided Fit HIIT class intended to build strength and burn calories. Workouts will vary by day and complement each other throughout the week. Think full body strength and functional fitness served up in a creative, yet demanding sequence. Fit Tribe will also beautifully supplement your yoga practice.
Melissa Zehner, an experienced personal trainer, brings her knowledge and authenticity to the Fit Tribe. She is here to help you become a stronger version of yourself.
The Monday and Wednesday sequence will be approximately 45 minutes long – but it may take you more or less time to complete it. The time is set for you to come and practice anytime within the 2-hour block.
