Fit Tribe is a tribe of practitioners who show up to practice increased strength and vitality. They will be challenging and you will be held accountable. Each workout will be self-led, but a personal trainer will be there to help you navigate the sequence and provide safety instructions when needed. Workouts will vary by day and complement each other throughout the week. Think full body strength–functional fitness served up in a creative, yet demanding sequence. Fit Tribe will also beautifully supplement your yoga practice.

Each sequence will be approximately 45 minutes long – but it may take you more or less time to complete it. The time is set for you to come and practice anytime within the 2-hour block.
