This class is designed to welcome a broad community of practitioners into our space – whether you are an experienced yogi or don’t even know what yoga really is – this class is for you.
In flow yoga, you move with your breath – your teacher guides the way. This 60 minute class will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.
This class is donation-based and open to all.
The Studio has partnered with The Foundation for Black Women’s Wellness, a local non-profit, to help facilitate this initiative.

We welcome additional donations of all levels the day of the event.
Proceeds from this class benefit our POC Yoga Teacher Training fund, which offers three yearly scholarships for people of color in our community to attend The Studio’s Teacher Training program.
