This Bollywood inspired dance-fitness workout is safe, accessible, fun and full of authentic Bollywood flair! Bolly Beat integrates fitness with dynamic choreography set to upbeat music. Expect cardio cycles ranging from low-medium to high intensity through easy to follow routines.
Wear indoor-sneakers, grab some water and get ready for the most enjoyable 45 minutes of your day!

Manisha Bhargava has a background in professional Indian dance and is a certified Hatha Yogi at the 500hr level. Having taught fitness and yoga classes over two decades she has come to appreciate a multi-dimensional approach to well-being. Working out for the sake of workout doesn’t seem to cut it anymore and a spiritual pursuit through yoga asanas could only be complimented with a happy-cardio practice. Bolly-Beat is a result of her latest exploration.
Wednesdays 6:45pm – 7:30pm on April 24th, and May 1st, 8th, & 15th.
