4 Weeks to Confidence & Competence on the Mat
Whether you’re new to yoga or have spent the last several years trying to understand how to properly do many of the poses you see in class, this is the series for you. Over the course of 4 weeks, we’ll sequentially break down a class and walk you through step-by-step instructions for Sun Salutations, standing poses, seated poses, hip openers, and backbends, all with the fundamental thread of breath work.
This series will be taught workshop style, thus plenty of time will be allotted for questions and individual feedback/adjustments. Upon completion, you will have set a strong foundation for your practice, in addition to having established the proper alignment needed to build towards more advanced poses.

Four consecutive Wednesdays 6:45pm-7:45pm.
October 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th
Members: $75 before September 18th, $85 thereafter
Non-Members: $95 before September 18th, $115 thereafter
Please note, this is a four session series. If you are unable to make it to one of the sessions you have the following options for a ‘make up’ at the cost listed:
- Attend a regular ‘Yoga for Beginners’ class on our schedule ($25 for a drop-in)
- Schedule a Private Yoga Session with Kathleen to make up the material missed ($110/one hour session)
