A little yoga here and there is fine and can feel lovely. But the transformative effects on your life and body only come when it is practiced the way it was intended: with great consistency over long periods of time. Deep down we know this to be true, but sometimes we need an assist to get started or to restart. The 21 Day Kick is for everyone who wants and needs a structured entry or re-entry into this stunning practice – a clear road map, inspiration and accountability. This program is free to students at The Studio. We are here to help you succeed.
Here are the details:
Book your entire three weeks of classes now. Put them in pen on your schedule and come do yoga. (You can reschedule to different class times if needed at some point.)
*For the public classes, we recommend keeping your schedule as consistent as possible. For example, M – F at 6am.
