21 Day Kick – Yoga Immersion

April 1, 2019 - April 21, 2019

The time has come. Your time has come. Let this program kickstart your habit of daily practice.

A little yoga here and there is fine and can feel lovely. But the transformative effects on your life and body only come when it is practiced the way it was intended: with great consistency over long periods of time. Deep down we know this to be true, but sometimes we need an assist to get started or to restart. The 21 Day Kick is for everyone who wants and needs a structured entry or re-entry into this stunning practice – a clear road map, inspiration and accountability. This program is free to students at The Studio. We are here to help you succeed.

Here are the details:

  • Take 5 public Classes/Week. (At either location.)
  • Do 2 Home Practices/Week (Meditation and/or Yoga).
  • Punch Your Card As You Attend – Each participant will have a punch card stored at The Studio so that you can visually track your progress.
  • Journal – you’ll receive a journal from The Studio to make journal entries about your daily practice. This type of reflection is a powerful way to stay connected to your practice…to bear witness to the space and insight a consistent practice brings to your life.

Book your entire three weeks of classes now. Put them in pen on your schedule and come do yoga. (You can reschedule to different class times if needed at some point.)

*For the public classes, we recommend keeping your schedule as consistent as possible. For example, M – F at 6am.
