Manisha has a background in professional Indian dance and is a certified Hatha Yogi at the 500hr level. Having taught fitness and yoga classes over two decades she has come to appreciate a multi-dimensional approach to well-being. Working out for the sake of workout doesn’t seem to cut it anymore and a spiritual pursuit through yoga asanas could only be complimented with a happy-cardio practice.
