Kathryn’s approach to instructing has been strongly influenced by her exposure to Yin Yoga and Mindfulness. She endeavors to help students inhabit their bodies and move deliberately, shift into an experiential state of being, and respond (as much as possible) to what arises with patience and compassion. She loves the breath-initiated grace of Vinyasa, the surrender of Yin, and the stamina and precision of Barre.
