Hi! I’m so excited to be teaching at The Studio! I completed my 200-hour YTT through CorePower Yoga in Boulder, Colorado and I’m starting my 500-hour YTT with Alex Pfeiffer at The Studio in June 2018. Upon moving to less mountainous terrain, I traded climbing and snowboarding in for a more consistent and comprehensive yoga practice with running on the side. I teach Vinyasa flow, with some “fun” core work splattered throughout. My goal is for you to leave my class feeling better than you did when you walked in – a little lighter, more at ease, and more compassionate towards yourself and others. My priority is to create a fun and accepting environment in my class. I offer various modifications for poses as we flow, and I’m happy to answer any questions you may have after class. It is important to me that my classes feel welcoming and accessible for all, whether you can’t touch your toes in a seated forward fold (that’s me!) or you’re walking on your hands. I’m excited to continue my yoga journey as both a teacher and a student at The Studio and can’t wait to see you all around!
