As a registered nurse and sports enthusiast, I know the importance of nurturing the body from the inside out. While training for and completing three Ironman races, I found yoga helped my body and mind recover from the long training and racing hours. Yoga has enhanced my physical performance in sports by strengthening my overall wellness beyond the physical form.


With the intention to share these benefits of yoga, I became a 200 hour certified Yoga Instructor through 21st Century Yoga on the Mat with Alex Pfeiffer at The Studio. The goal of classes is to provide a journey that leaves students feeling refreshed and energized when they step off their mat.
