Kelly Jo Clark

I began my journey into this crazy wonderful thing called yoga as a student at The Studio in 2010 to physically rehabilitate from an injury, and I found myself coming back to my mat more and more because of the mental clarity and sense of inner calm I noticed after each class. I’ve found that by observing the way our minds works both in stillness and in difficult asana practice, we can learn a lot about ourselves as humans. We can learn to let go of judgement and self-criticism, and we can get stronger– mentally, and physically.


I hope to create a place within my classes that empowers you to make your practice your own, and to simply be yourself. A safe place to drop into your body and tune out any criticisms of yourself and others. My classes tend to start a little slower, and then build to a powerful flow that is both challenging and accessible to everyone. I hope you’ll leave my class feeling a little stronger, a little lighter, and a little bit more inspired to let your authentic self be seen.


I completed my 200 teacher training here at The Studio through 21st Century on the Mat with Alex Pfeiffer in 2016, so it is truly and honor and a dream of mine to come full circle and teach in this beautiful place.
