After over a decade of practicing, training, and teaching, I am still continually amazed by the power of yoga to heal and transform the people who find this practice!
Discovering yoga was a life-changing experience for me. I first encountered yoga at the age of 12, and I’ve been hooked ever since! I started teaching in 2008 after completing my first training through RecSports at UW. After 5 years of teaching on campus, I decided I was ready to take the leap and complete my 200 hour teacher training.
My passion is making yoga accessible and inclusive to everyone who wants to practice. I seek to make my classes a safe and affirming place for all participants, to hold space for everyone to have their own experiences, and to meet each person right where they are. My teachings emphasize self-love, body-positivity, and mindfulness. I feel honored and privileged to be a part of other people’s yoga journeys.
