Jennifer began practicing yoga occasionally while in respiratory therapy school. A few years later, she discovered that a regular yoga practice was a great way to unwind from the craziness of her busy life while also getting some exercise. She enjoys teaching slower, gentle Vinyasa classes with lots of emphasis on breath awareness and staying focused. Her goal is for students to leave class feeling calm, relaxed and grounded.
Jennifer feels that anyone can practice yoga, and she loves sharing the physical and mental benefits of yoga with others. Besides yoga, Jennifer enjoys reading, music and spending time with her family (husband, three kids and a dog). She’s a graduate of the Perennial Wisdom Teacher Training program in Fitchburg, WI and is a 200-hour RYT.
