Caroline has always been surrounded by fitness. A Madison native, she started attending yoga classes with her mom at a young age. Her love for yoga grew as she utilized the physical poses as tools to reach a more present self. Caroline left a position at an accounting firm to pursue her 200 hr. RYT in Hatha Yoga at Shoshoni, a yoga school outside of Boulder. Caroline’s smile and positive attitude is something she brings to everything she does. Her athletic, mindful, and music-focused classes will leave your mind and body feeling reset, energized, and inspired.
