Svadhyaya, the study of the self, has always been intriguing to me, even before I knew what it meant. During teacher training, it clicked into place for me as I understood myself to be body, mind, and spirit moving through the world with intention, connected to energy bigger than myself. I strive to guide classes with playfulness, breath, meditation, and creative yet intentional (and sometimes challenging) movement. I hope to guide my students to that place of peace within themselves where they can love who they are and take that self-love and connection to power off the mat and into their lives with intention and vitality, creating loving change and inspiration wherever they go. I am an E-RYT200, but consider myself a cheerful lifelong student of the body, mind, and spirit.
