It’s pretty rare to catch me without a smile on my face. My whole heart and soul believes that you can find a positive spin on any situation and still maintain a balanced perspective. Yoga brings me an unquantifiable amount of joy and I want to be able to share that with as many people as want to experience it with me.
My favorite type of yoga class is one where you leave feeling open and vivacious, embody a lightness post savasana, sense the energy cultivated by your practice, and have a subtle smile across your face for the rest of the day.
Things you will hear in my class: music, laughter, nerdy jokes, and a lot of breathing.
Things you will feel in my class: support, encouragement, challenge, balance of pace and energy, and confidence to bring your best self forward without judgement.
Taking a risk on coming to a class with a new instructor to you is a little nerve-wracking. Been there, done that. I challenge you to come to my class so we can practice together. If you love it, excellent! If not, absolutely no worries. That’s why there are so many different cups of tea out there!
A few things to know about me: I’m a dog mom of three lovable fur monsters, professional meeting planner, runner, bartender, and data nerd that loves to read cookbooks cover to cover. I have been practicing yoga since 2009 and completed my 200 hour CYT with Alex Pfeiffer of 21st Century Yoga on the Mat in June 2019. I intend to be a life-long learner of yoga and love experiencing new yogic adventures through a beginner’s eye.
