Guided Meditation

with Kathleen

Join Kathleen Slattery-Moschkau live online every day of the week for Guided Meditation at 12pm (Central). It is 15 minutes long and free to anyone, anywhere. Zero experience needed. You and your loved ones can register and participate from most places in the world.

Although there is something so powerful about participating live, below are video recordings of each day’s sessions (in case you miss!) as well as resources mentioned and blog posts from Kathleen. We hope this helps you and yours.

Quotes, poems, books Kathleen mentions during Guided Meditation.

“Smooth seas don’t make skillful sailors.”

“The Peace of Wild Things”

When despair for the world grows in me
and I wake in the night at the least sound
in fear of what my life and my children’s lives may be,

I go and lie down where the wood drake
rests in his beauty on the water, and the great heron feeds.

I come into the peace of wild things
who do not tax their lives with forethought
of grief. I come into the presence of still water.

And I feel above me the day-blind stars
waiting with their light. For a time
I rest in the grace of the world, and am free.
