The Studio is an inspired place to explore new ways of living, thinking and being healthy. We have in-person and virtual offerings that include a blend of yoga and meditation classes, workshops, yoga teacher training, podcasts and essays. All meant to stretch the body and mind to new heights. All levels welcome.
Our studio is located in the heart of Madison, WI in the historic Machinery Row Building.
The Studio was created by filmmaker and talk radio host, Kathleen Slattery-Moschkau.
“This building has inspired my life and my work for the past decade. Its old bones are so rich and authentic that they they make you want to live bigger and deeper. And the natural light…it will take your breath away. All of this makes for a very sacred space to attend to this beautiful practice of yoga. I love, love that our students can come and experience these same things on a daily basis. In many ways, The Studio ends up being their home.” ~Kathleen
Beginning yoga students are warmly welcomed. We have also created an online tool: Yoga for Beginners Video Series to give new yoga students an option to learn and practice the poses at home. This series can vastly increase your knowledge, comfort level and help you maximize your time in class…as well as serve as a fantastic resource throughout the life of your practice.
