Frog (on the wall or on the floor) is a stellar way to keep this spectacular joint supple, high functioning and happy. (You also get lovely opening of the groin muscles.) You can start by doing half frog on the floor…only taking one leg…building into two over time. And if your ankles cannot yet tolerate the toes turning out, you could simply put the top of the foot on the floor (or wall) and build that action over time.
