My yoga experience started in college as a relief from mental and physical stress–a mental break from academics, and a necessary complement to cardiovascular exercise. As my practice matured, my breath and movement connected transforming my “yoga experience” into a moving meditation. Now a 200 hour RYT, my teaching style is adventurous, athletic, and thoughtful. In class, you will engage your mind into movement to relieve your body of irritability, anxiety, and other ailments. In addition to teaching yoga, I enjoy swimming, running, playing outside, and salsa dancing.
