Emily believes whole-heartedly in the transformative powers of yoga and loves nothing more than getting lost in her asana practice. Her teaching style focuses on breathing as the student’s primary guide and Emily emphasizes the importance of transitions as a way to further connect to each posture. She understands the power of a gentle approach and encourages her students to move through whatever blockages they hold physically, mentally or emotionally. Yoga is a process and Emily chooses to lead her students in a way that is both accessible and digestible, while simultaneously challenging practitioners to experience their full potential.
Emily completed her RYT-500 training through Liberation Yoga in Los Angeles and Hathavidya Yoga in Miami.
