When: Monday, November 27th through Saturday, December 23rd.
Where: Both Locations. All classes and workshops count.
4 Yoga classes.
Practice 4 times per week in the 4 weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Because the ‘busier’ we get, the more effort and attention we must pay to slow down and take good care. Prioritizing your yoga practice at the most difficult time IS the practice. Make yoga an essential part of your week and everything else falls into perspective.
In these four weeks, the seasons transition – temperature and energy moves from fall to winter, the days get darker and colder. It is also a time of personal change – a moment to wrap up projects and prepare for a new year. This is the time to get on your mat. Every week.
